Real Estate 101

Save 6 months of your time with 1-1/2 hours of our coaching!

Here’s how most Buyers and Sellers research on their own:

  1. Limited talking or emailing with co-workers, friends, family and neighbors, almost none of whom work in the real estate industry;
  2. “Research” information on the internet; and,
  3. Attend intermittent open houses, while never knowing the skill level of the agent they speak to there.  In fact, many agents at open houses are newer agents, there to pick up new clients, and with minimal knowledge of either the property they are at or the answers to your many and varied questions.

To be well-skilled at real estate takes:

  1. A minimum of working full-time (60 hours a week) for at least 3 years;
  2. Attending numerous, ongoing educational courses (that do not include learning even more fancy computer programs); plus,
  3. Actual, live and varied work experiences with human clients in order to know the cause and effect of their own actions on behalf of their clients.

The longer an agent is actively working full-time in real estate, generally, the higher the skill level.
