  • 1993-1994, 2017-2022 – Member, SF Association of Realtors (“SFAR”) Managers Council (owners/sales managers of SF brokerages, setting high standards of professional practice and accountability among agents).  2019-2022 – Member/Guest, SFAR Forms Committee.  2021-Present – Member/Guest, SFAR Government Relations Committee.
  • 1998 – President of the North Panhandle Neighborhood Association.
  • 1994-2010 – Various Board positions and committees for two San Francisco condominium homeowners’ associations.
  • 1993-1994 – Sales Manager, Keynote Properties (Lower Pacific Heights).
  • 1992 – President, SF Chapter of Women’s Council of Realtors (leadership training program for both men and women).  Created first fundraiser fashion show (with local agents as models) to aid abused women and their children in protected, temporary housing while they restarted their new lives.
  • 1989 – Trained as Senior Housing Specialist.  2002 – Trained as a Reverse Mortgage Specialist.

  • Prior to real estate, in 1970, she began a long career in technology, which evolved into starting and running 3 small companies.  (Having come from a family of independently-owned small businesses in Eastern Pennsylvania, this came easily to her.)  Her favorite business was as a computer and management consultant, serving hundreds of companies, within their various divisions, and, most notably, IBM, Lehman Brothers and Leeds & Northrup.
  • Past member, Coro Hispaño de San Francisco – Spanish/Mayan/Aztec choral music from 12th through 21st century.
  • Trained Nature Guide, Terwilliger Nature Education Center (now WildCare/Marin).  Educates children to use their five senses in nature.
